・Zinc phosphate treatment for large products
The Kisshoin Plant has the capability to handle large products of dimensions that cannot be handled by other companies. The plant boasts one of the largest lines in Kansai for rust prevention treatment and painting pre-treatment.
・Manganese phosphate treatment line for large products
The Kisshoin Plant has the capability to handle large products of dimensions that cannot be handled by other companies. Treatments prevent seizure of sliding parts and reduce abnormal noise This line is one of the largest in Kansai.
・PAPRO Black treatment (special blackening treatment) Effective against smearing!
PAPRO Black treatment has little dimensional change and does not require extra effort for design change.
・Electrostatic Powder Coating Compatible Conveyor Coating Line
Can handle heavy loads. This painting line is capable of processing large products.
・The Kisshoin Plant has three box-type furnaces including one large box-type furnace for drying large
