Processing Overview
・This process suppresses the gloss of hot-dip galvanizing specialty melts by generating special phosphate treatment on hot-dip galvanized products, resulting in a finish with a design-oriented appearance.
・By forming a special phosphate treatment on hot-dip galvanizing which has superior corrosion resistance, the gray black spangle makes it possible to obtain a stylish appearance with muted tones.
Even used alone PAPRO Harmony provides the same level of corrosion resistance as hot-dip galvanizing. However, applying a clear paint further increases corrosion resistance.
