PAPRO Thermo
Processing Overview
・The application of this heat-resistant surface treatment to parts normally exposed to high temperatures will enable the use of less expensive materials for such products.
By adding hollow ceramics to the coating, heat dissipation and heat shielding properties can be added to improve the thermal insulation of the coating itself.
By adding hollow ceramics to the coating, heat dissipation and heat shielding properties can be added to improve the thermal insulation of the coating itself.
・ This prevents the metal from corrosion when exposed to high temperatures
Organic coating materials can be used as long as the coating is used in environments at 400°C or less. However, inorganic coating materials will be used for higher temperature ranges.
・ This treatment makes it possible to use inexpensive metal materials for construction work on parts exposed to corrosive environments at high sound frequencies.
・ Adding hollow ceramics to the PAPRO Thermo can also provide heat resistance and thermal insulation.
